I think Carlo out of the lineup is an addition by subtraction. This League has changed so much in just a couple years. Carlo should be Big Time Trade bait.
Bruins D right now is all about Chara to stand Strong and not let that 1st line get knocked around and Krug/Grzelycz to create offense. when Chucky comes back he should take over #1 minutes and Miller should give them more Toughness which is sorely needed, I thought Lauzon has looked very good (better than Carlo), so go with it, let the kid play.
Moore & Kampfer are your everyday 6 or 7's
Chara/McAvoy
Miller/Krug
Moore/ Gryz
I suppsoe you can switch the 2nd 3rd pairing either way as long as you keep Krug/Gryz separated
What you boys Think, you should be able to get a 2nd Line Winger to play with Krejci/Jake although Bjork had a really good weekend
I think Carlo gets you a top 6 guy (2nd Line Winger) that makes a little too much money, you do it.

You're still not addressing your soft, garbage 2nd line center who will end up on LTIR at some point this year.
EDIT: The Bruins made an effort to do this by trying to land Tavares in free agency. They are aware that Krejci or rather the ghost of is an issue and tried to resolve it.
